第一题 选A 有具体日期,例如August 10th.几月几号的都用 on
第二题应该选C吧,a few 后面接可数名词复数,所以用are

  1. on 后面一般接的是某一天, at 更多的是哪个时间点

  2. a few tall buidings 是复数, 那么只有are才是复数啊.

A，有具体日期了，比如几月几号，就是要用 on
后面的我觉得时are,除非，没有a,如果只是few 的话，就是is。few是表示否定的，几乎没有的意思。

tall buildings是复数形式（看buildings后面加了s就说明是可数名词的复数形式），所以要用are
August 10th.是具体日期，我觉得要用on
