Mary suggested her niece Joan to move to Melbourne and live with her together, meantime, Mary promised to pay a small weekly allowance and provide her with free accommodation, furthermore, Joan takes care of Mary and Mary promised that she would live her property to Joan.
Joan took Mary's advice, she gave up her promising career and moved to Melborune because she had to pay for heavy house rent in NewZezland.
