John: Help! I just found out that I have a virus on my computer!
Joanne: Oh, that's terrible.
Justin: Me too. That's why I have two anti-virus software installed.
John: I have Norton anti-virus installed too. But from a week ago, it stopped workig by itself.
Joanne: I didn't have anti-virus software installed, but I never get virus.
Justin: Really? How did you manage that, Joanne?
Joanne: I never connect my computer to the Internet. And I don't borrow other people's discs.
Justin: I see. So John, what are you going to do now?
John: I tried to re-install Norton several times, but every time it failed. So it seems I have to send it to the computer shop.
Joanne: I know a friend of mine is really good with computers. Maybe I can ask him to help you out?
John: That's so kind of you.
Justin: Oh in that case can you also ask him to check my computer? I want to install a third anti-virus software but don't know how.
Joanne: That's fine. I will ring him now.
Justin: Thank you, thank you.
John: I can wait for him at home any time he wants to come.
