arrive at（in）：重点在到达的场所（即目的地）上,必须要有表示场所的介词at或in,强调已经抵达这个结果,并易于使人联想到具体场面.
get to：重点在出发的场所（即起点）上,表示在抵达目的地之前一直处于移动状态.因此,在提出“怎样到车站”这样有关移动的路线的问题时,用How can I get to【reach】the station?比较自然,用How can I arrive at the station?则不自然.
