食物篇
Healthy food
Food between China and Western countries are totally different styles.China has 5000 years history.We probably spend half of time on food.Chinese people choice food very carefully.They only use fresh material to make food.For example they only eat fresh fish.Chinese have a lot of ideas and techniques for cooking.We can cook a chicken in over ten ways.That’s why Chinese food is so popular in the world.Western country like English or American,they don’t have fresh food because they buy their food from supermarket which only sells stored materials.Western people would also prefer fast food like burgers and chips.They are unhealthy to human body.Western people do not have many skills for cooking,mostly they only boil,steam and bake the food.By the way,western people are very good at making desert and chocolate.They can make very good cake and chocolate.They are very sweet but it’s sort of food which make you become fat quickly.
In the weekend,my friends and I decided to go to the park and have a picnic,to celebrate the end of examinations.We walked there since it wasn't very far and just as we were going to unpack the food,it started to rain.So in the end we all decided to go to my house,and had our picnic food there.Then we watched some Japanese animes,though it was rather boring as we've seen it all a dozen times.But there was really nothing else to do.At 5 o' clock,my friends went home with their parents.That weekend was the worst one in my life.
Last weekend,I was about to go outside to play when I saw my mother is busy with housework .She looked so tired,and I felt guilty.Therefore I made a determination to share housework with her.I was about to wash the clothes when my friend called me up and asked me to play with her.I told her that I would go on the condition that completing my washing.Then I go on washing .Only then did I realized it was such a tiring thing to wash clothes,and how tired my mother was.While my mother not only worked outside but also took the responsibility of our housework inside,however,she has never complainted about it.After washing I felt tired though ,my mother praised me ,and said that I was a good child.I felt happy.

Coffee is “healthy drink”
It is a daily routine for millions of Italians—the morning cup of coffee brewed(冲) in the kitchen or downed swiftly in a cafe on the way to work.But for years their favourite way of kick—starting the day has had a bad press—most recently when it was reported that doctors had told British Prime Minister Tony Blair to drink less coffee.Now it seems the tide is turning.Forget the scare stories,says dietician (饮食学专家)Chiara Trombetti.There is sound scientific reason to enjoy your morning coffee without worrying about the health effects.
Coffee can be good for you—the stronger,the better.Coffee contains tannin(丹宁酸)and antioxidants(抗氧化剂),which are good for the heart and arteries(动脉),Dr Trombetti says.It can relieve headaches.It is good for the liver—and can help prevent cirrhosis(硬化) and gallstones(胆结石).And the caffeine(咖啡因)in coffee can reduce the risk of asthma(哮喘) attacks—and help improve circulation within the heart.There is no denying(否认)that coffee is not for everyone.If you drink too much it can increase nervousness,and cause rapid heartbeat and trembling hands.
Pregnant women,heart patients,and anyone with a stomach ulcer(溃疡) are usually advised to avoid it.And even Dr Trombetti says no one should drink more than three or four cups a day.Many parents might be horrified at the thought.But Dr Trombetti said that a cup of milky coffee could make the ideal start for the next generation of coffee lovers—Italy’s drowsy(瞌睡的) school kids— stimulating their brains ahead of a day that often lasts from 0830 until 1600.
