As we all know,a teacher is a person who provides education for students.I think working as a teacher requires the following three points:
1.Sharing expertise
The role of teacher is to impart knowledge and instruction to students.Thus a teacher must be willing to share his/her own expertise to students.The process of teacher sharing expertise is also the process of students learning knowledge and gaining experiences.The process should be performed by the guidance of teacher.
2.Deciding responsibilities
Teacher can greatly affect how students perceive things.Therefore,as a teacher,one should always take deciding responsibilities for students.A teacher should help students make their own decisions,while correct their bad decision-making,and be responsible for related consequences.What a teacher do will establish role model to students.
3.Teacher enthusiasm
A teacher's behavior can affect students in many ways.It has been found out that a teacher who shows enthusiasm during teaching can remarkably improve students' learning experiences.A teacher must enjoy teaching,be enthusiastic about students and subject matter.A teacher who cares for students is going to help them succeed in their life in future.

A good teacher does not just teach textbook contents. Textbook contents are just past experience, some even not practical any more. So you must be able to come up with some of your latest experience outside the school teaching materials, something you are good with, which worth telling or teaching your students. That is called sharing your expertise. In this way, our world will learn something new everyday, which is starting from your class.
2.Deciding responsibilities 应改为 Responsibilities
As a teacher, when a whole class of youngsters are assigned to you and under your care. Is not just that you are being trusted for the job. It is also the most valuable and most important job over all others. You are responsible for all these youngsters' future. Their successes depend on you! In other word, you are responsible for keeping the world's civilisation going. That is a really tall order, and the responsibilities are huge. Therefore you should not let yourself and all those who are relying on you down!
3.Caring
Being a teacher is not just preparing and complete teaching a lesson. there are far more than that because students under your care look up to you. They need your closer attentions. You must show that your care for them. you are willing to give them extra help for those who are needed. You should give good advice to those who seek. A good teacher must be prepared to get involve with students' benefits at all time.
